Yoga & Jazzercise Classes

Exciting YOGA News !

Dina Visura is  currently offering classes 

Tuesdays 8:10 AM, Wednesdays 6:00 PM  and Thursdays 8:10 AM

All levels welcome

Now is your chance to try and/or resume Yoga.  Dina an experienced Yoga Instructor will lead you through the poses(providing variations/modifications to meet different abilities) alignment principles, breathing techniques and end with the bliss portion of yoga savasana (relaxation). 

Please bring your own mat. 

$8.00/Class per 10 Pack     $10.00 for a drop in class

Jazzercise classes are going great and are meeting 13 times per week.  See where they fit into your schedule!

"The jazzercise workout program combines jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing movements into one 60-minute total body workout.

Each workout blends dance aerobics with muscle toning and stretching movements, all choreographed to today's hottests music, including Top 40, jazz, country, funk, rock, blues, and hip-hop.

Our certified fitness instructors make all the routines fun and easy-to-follow.

Every class includes a gentle warm-up, 30-minute cardio section, strength segment with weights and a stretch finale."
