Dynamite Group Exercise Classes

Cardio Fusion: This class will keep you anticipating for more. This class will burn from 300-500 calories in one hour. It will consist of a mix of step combinations, Hi-Low choreography, and resistance training. The class may vary from time to time, but it will always be a great workout.

Step & Sculpt: This class is one you can count on, done with an upbeat pace and challenging choreography. Although challenging, it will be done in a graduated way so all members can learn. Resistance training and abs will follow step.

Cardio Kick Boxing: This class is step-less. This is a great cardio workout with a kick. The class is made up of Hi-Low and Kickboxing moves done to an awesome beat.

Beginner Cardio Challenge: This is it. Come try it. Have you always wanted to try group fitness but thought you would not be able? Here is your chance to try it. This class will incorporate beginner cardio moves. The class will use both the step and floor choreography.

Awesome Abs: Here comes that 6-pack you always wanted. Absolutely rock hard abs. This class will show you how to shape up your mid-section.

Core Stability Training: In this class you will be working on resistance training while developing your stability. We will be using equipment such as stability balls, dumbbells, bosu and versa steps. Come see how well you stand up.

Pilates: This class will teach you to use the weight of your own body to get a wonderful workout. Your muscles will thank you for the awesome stretch.

Zumba: WOW! Come workout in a fun class based on the wonderful moves of Latin dance. Come and experience the fun choreography and upbeat Latin music.

50+ Group Exercise: This is a low-impact class, which includes some aerobics along with strength training using light dumbbells and resistance tubing.

Yoga: This is a one-hour workout using the wonderful tools of Yoga. Come and check it out. Relax and find your inner self.

Tai Chi: A sweat free workout that can burn up to 280 calories per hour. Gentle exercise which enhances arm strength, leg strength, total body coordination and balance skills. Promotes a total body balance mind body health technique.

Golf Fitness & PGA Pro Golf Lessons: Fine tune your golf swing, learn a new swing, work on your chipping and learn which muscle groups need some additional working out.
