What does a free physical therapy screening entail?
A licensed physical therapist will answer questions for you about your health, orthopedic issue, sports-related injury, or neurological disorder.
Hammer Rehab & Fitness will provide a 15 minute screening and provide a recommendation for treatment and/or follow up care.
If necessary, we will recommend that you see a physician, specialist or schedule a full visit for a more comprehensive physical therapy diagnosis and recommended treatment.
